A few spelling errors

Nothing big, but the A in "Create A Account" needn't be capitalized, and the proper term would be "an" as Account starts with a vowel.

Also, the "Review Guidelines" is spelled "Review Guidlines" at the moment.

Yep, I keep meaning to change those. But been pretty busy at work and also just broke my pinky finger!

Edit: On the Health Care category, you write "advise" instead of "advice".
